Mounted on feet 100 mm (CE - UL / N SF), these fryers feature a large flow draining cock, a power relay and come with either one large basket or two half-size baskets. Reset safety thermostat on front, removable control box for easy cleaning. Maxi power (RF 14 S: 12 Kw): cooking of frozen food, quick temperature rising. • Midi power (RF 14 S: 8 Kw): cooking of fresh food. • Mini power (RF 14 S: 4 Kw) for keeping warm the oil.
