| Description: The Food Line series' table mixer and eggbeater has an excellent quality / price relation and is optimal for confectionery and food workplaces. The heavy-duty but compact structure and the practical variable speed make these planetary mixers suitable for mixing small quantities of dough and for whipping creams and mousses. Tool speed is regualted by means of a speed regulator, located on the control panel. Speed variation is gradual and continuous because of the numerous speed available. This allows the appropriate speed to be selected for each step of the production without sudden speed changes and without stopping the tool. The tool can be easy inserted or removed without removing the bowl from the working position. The tools also turn very closely to the inner wall of the bowl, and mix the product perfectly, even for little doses. All moving parts are mounted an ball bearings that do not require maintenance and make the machine steady and silent. The machine is manufactured according to the current CE standards. |
