| Description: The Food Line series'20 Lt. planetary mixers and eggbeaters are excellent for confectionery and food workplaces. The table model machine is equipped with variable speed, which can be selected by means of a dial on the control panel. Speed variation is gradual and continuous because of the numerous speed available. This allows the appropriate speed to be selected for each type of mix and for each step of the production without sudden speed changes and without stopping the tool. The lowest speed is especially low to properly mix small quantities of dough. The tool can be easy inserted or removed without removing the bowl from the working position. The tools also turn very closely to the inner wall of the bowl perfectly mixing the product even for little doses. On request, the 20 Lt. Planetary Mixer can be equipped with a second 10 Lt. bowl and its corresponding tools. This solution enables the user to work with bowls of different capacities using only one machine. All moving parts are mounted an ball bearings that do not require maintenance and make the machine steady and silent. The machine is manufactured according to CE current standards. |
