Founded in Padua, Italy in 1990 by Enrico Franzolin, UNOX entered the commercial oven market with a specific, verifiable mission: solve a real problem that professional kitchens faced every day. That first problem was the inability to bake frozen bread and croissants without proofing; a gap that UNOX closed with its AIR.Maxi™ technology, which guaranteed uniform air diffusion using multiple fans and immediately established the company as a brand that led through engineering substance rather than marketing claims. More than 30 years later, UNOX manufactures more than 80 oven models, exports to over 140 countries, and employs a team of 42 engineers dedicated exclusively to product development.

  • EVEREO® is one of the most genuinely original product innovations in commercial foodservice in recent years; a system that UNOX describes as ‘the world’s first hot fridge.’ EVEREO® maintains food at serving temperature (between 60°C and 90°C) for extended periods; hours, or in some configurations, days; using precision heating technology that holds food at the precise temperature required to keep it safe, fresh, and ready for service without degradation of texture, flavour, or quality.

    The operational implication of EVEREO® is transformative for kitchens managing complex service periods, satellite catering, or advance preparation programmes.
